Good idea. I can do a monthly report: I sent these on to Laurel, I returned these, I'm still waiting on payment for these.  I like that.

I'm guessing by published reports, you mean the LoARs?  My current problem is the ones that don't get sent on to Laurel because we know there are serious problems/conflicts.  The submitter is notified, but the consulting herald doesn't have the full reasons for the return if they don't bring the letter with them.  Or, in another case, the submitter was notified of the problems by phone and email. I never received any changes so it's still in the pending file, then a friend of the submitter contacted our principal herald to ask about the "delay" because it's still not in OSCAR.
