[Submissions_heralds] About that tracking info

Regarding the delay in payment from Kingdom, I can speak for Ealdormere. We
are usually delayed in issuing payment because it has to pass through so
many hands before going to Laurel. As external submissions herald, I create
the external letter on OSCAR and then send notice to Trillium and our
Kingdom Exchequer that the letter's been created and that payment of a
certain amount needs to be issued to Laurel. The Kingdom Exchequer then has
to go about finding time to get to an actual bank in order to get US funds
to issue payment. Unfortunately, I've had to resend that notice and/or
remind that payment hasn't been received yet a few times. If you get a
distracted/busy Kingdom Exchequer, there's not a whole lot you can do but
keep nagging them.
Cainder
off to write another nagging letter to her boss and the Kingdom Exchequer.
